Yvonne Shirley Mott, 84, of Sylva, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2011.
Born in Brooklyn, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Mott and Grace Mae West Mott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two children, Christine Fields and Jody Dewayne Fields and a sister, Maxine Mott. Yvonne attended Cullowhee Methodist Church and she loved to travel.
She is survived by two children, Diane Fields of Sylva and Charles Fields of Old Fort; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren.
No Services are planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a charity of one's choice.
