Obituary
William H. "Billy" Moore, 54, of Morristown, TN formerly of Franklin, NC, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2007.
Born in Macon County, he was the son of John Moore of Franklin and the late Maxine Talley Moore. Billy was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry "Tub" Moore. Billy was district sales manager for O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Morristown, TN; previous owner of Body Visions Gym in Franklin and Dr. Good Bodies Gym in Sylva. He was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Debra Bryson Moore; three children, Angela Mercier and Tiffany Sherwood and husband David all of Franklin, and Joshua Moore of Canton, GA; two step children, Angelia Kent of Asheville and Christopher Shuler of Sylva; brother, Tommy Moore of Franklin; and six grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Guy Duvall and Rev. Bobby Crawford will officiate. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Monday, September 10, at Macon Funeral Home.
