Vickie was a generous, dedicated individual who was passionate about her family. She was her children's and grandchildren's biggest champion. Vickie worked in civil service for many years before retiring. She enjoyed various creative pursuits throughout her lifetime, including painting, playing the piano, cooking, and writing about her life. In the warmer months, she enjoyed spending time with Sam at their mountain home in Franklin, NC.
