Tony Hurst, 56, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019.

Born in Newport News, VA, he was the son of Christine Waldroop Hurst and the late CL Hurst. Tony was a US Army veteran and enjoyed working on cars, especially Ford Mustangs.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by children, Alex Van Lee Hurst of Franklin, Kevin Hurst of Franklin, Vanessa Hurst of NH, Lisa Hicks of Franklin, Eric Green of Franklin and Toni Hurst of Franklin, NC; brother, Scott Hurst of Otto; sister, Cathy McCall of Commerce, GA; and several grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm, Wednesday, February 27 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Phillip Cochran and Rev. Eddie Brewer will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Adam Kimsey, Steve Anderson, Conner McCall, Dustin Williamson, Michael Wiggins, Bruce McCall, Alex Hurst, and Kevin Hurst.
