Theresa Ann Dziurgot, 90, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009.
Born in Wyandotte, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Tabor and Barbara Wietz Tabor. She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Polish Legion of American Veterans USA. She and her husband Walter loved to Polka dance. Theresa enjoyed bowling, playing bingo and crocheting.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Walter Dziurgot; son Patrick Dziurgot and wife Mary Lou of Franklin; two grandchildren, John Robert Dziurgot and Roxanne Zemmin and husband Mark; six great grandchildren, Ryan Dziurgot, Kalé Dziurgot, Brandon Dziurgot, Chelsea Zemmin, Jordan Zemmin and Cassidy Zemmin and a number of nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 19, at St. Francis Catholic Church. Father Tien Duong will officiate.
