Teddy Eugene McClure, Jr., age 30, passed on Monday, November 26, 2012 at St. Joseph Campus of Mission Hospitals.

A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, he was a son of Teddy McClure, Sr. and Shirley Plemmons Cagle. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Reverend George and Sally Fulbright Plemmons and his paternal grandparents, Ted McClure and Velma Green Henderson. Teddy enjoyed fishing, music, cooking, and his friends.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Conan McClure; two sisters, Felicia McClure of Canton and Zoey McClure of Clyde; and several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3, 2012 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend Frank Wyatt officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
