Thedford "Ted" Lee Warden, 91, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019.

Born in Hilltop, West VA, he was the son of the late Frank P. Warden and Gertrude Callaway Warden. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-daughter, Sharon Raikes; brother, Erskine Warden and sister, Mary Frances Fitzgerald. Ted was a US Army veteran of WWII; a retired pharmacist and was a member of Ellijay Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Phyllis Ann Hudson Warden; two grandchildren, Jessie Raikes and Brian Raikes and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, February 6, at Ellijay Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Tony Drinnon will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Henry, Bobby Holt, Bobby Davidson, James Lynch, Earl Luzader, Robert Douglas and Gary Douglas.
