Teddie Craig Stepp, 46, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2010.

Born in Macon Co., he was the son of John Vance Stepp and Esta Mae Bingham Stepp of Aquone, NC. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Stepp who passed away October 20, 2009. Teddie was a machine operator for CR Industries. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Andrews, NC.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sons, Joshua Stepp, Jeromy Stepp and Jacob Stepp all of Franklin; a sister, Elsie Williamson of Franklin; three brothers, John Vance Stepp Jr. of Franklin, James Howard Stepp of Asheville, NC and Thomas George Stepp of Sheridan, AR and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 10, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Carson Gibson and Father Tien Duong will officiate. Burial will be in the Aquone Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 9, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Chris Ford, Danny Waldroop, Joe Chavis, Kim Sheffield, Steve Hopkins and Sonny Collier.
