Obituary
Susan Kay DeWitt, 59, of Otto, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2014.
Born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, she was the daughter of the late William E. "Bill" DeWitt and Frances Nolan DeWitt. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by a son, Daniel Dowdy and wife Dana of Franklin; granddaughter, Danica Dowdy; and a brother, Nolan DeWitt and wife Frances of Franklin.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 am Wednesday, September 24, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Carl Carpenter and Rev. Steve Reeves will officiate. Burial will be in the Rush Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be men from Tessentee Baptist Church and son, Daniel Dowdy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Tessentee Baptist Church.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
