Obituary
Stephen Alan Vance, 66, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020.
Born in Fort Lauderdale, FL, he was the son of the late Orville and Wilma Cherry Vance. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death, in 2015, by his wife, Robin Jane Vance. Stephen was a builder and owned and operated Vance Builders.
He is survived by his three children, Jenny Lee Vance, Robin Rene Vance and Scott Alan Vance; granddaughter, Charlotte Young and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Appalachian Animal Rescue, PO Box 81, Franklin, NC 28744
