Sarah Jane Peaco, 86, of Franklin, passed away Friday, April 6, 2012.

Born in Butler, PA, she was the daughter of the late Theodore Fuhr and Ellen Campbell Fuhr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Peaco; brother, William "Bill" Fuhr and two sisters, Edie Wills and Lila Jean Dunbar. Sarah loved painting ceramics, crocheting and playing cards. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by two children, Melvin "Pete" Peaco of Houston, TX and Judith Elaine Peaco of Franklin; sisters, Eleanor Morris of Butler, PA, Eileen Vogel of Mars, PA and Audrey Collopy of San Antonio, TX; brother, Tod Fuhr of Mars, PA; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

No local services have been planned at this time. Burial will be in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL at a later date.
