Samantha Rae Moore passed away on April 13, 2019 in Duluth, Georgia.
Samantha was born in Charlotte, NC to her loving parents Tom and Becky Moore. She was a high-spirited, fun-loving young woman who had a smile that would light up your soul. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, April 26 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Little Church on The Lane, 522 Moravian Lane, Charlotte, NC 28207.
