Obituary
Ruby Jane Laws, 84, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2007, and will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
A native of Bryson City, NC, she was the daughter of the late Columbus Watkins and Elvira Kitchens Watkins. She was married to the late Clint Laws who died in 1984.
She is survived by seven children, Edward Laws of Waynesville, Robert Laws of Sylva, Pauline Sloan, Mary Nell DeHart and Norma Connor all of Franklin, Barnell Wiggins of Covington, GA and Wayne Laws of Raleigh; brother, Charlie Watkins of Franklin; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
