Ruby Gregory Ammons, 91, of Franklin, passed away August 15, 2012.

Born in Macon Co., she was the daughter of the late Parker Gregory and Lelia Woodard Gregory. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Ammons and brothers, Charles, Hayes, Keith and Bill Gregory. Ruby loved flowers and enjoyed gardening. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth McClure and husband "Bunny" McClure of Franklin; brother, Wayne Gregory and wife Joanne of Leicester, NC; sister, Mildred Greig and husband Bill of Franklin; four sister-in-laws, Wanda, Joyce, Mary and Dorothy Gregory and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 17th, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Vic Greene and Rev. Bud Haire will officiate. Burial will be in the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 16th, at Macon Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Gary Gregory, Brian Bell, Gary Taylor, Bud McClure, Donnie Seagle and Alvin Watson.
