Obituary

Rosemary Pierce Kleiner
February 11, 1927 – March 18, 2011
Rosemary was born in Key West, FL in the family's home. Her father was a cook and had his own restaurant for many years in Key Largo. She married Navy Lt. Jack Nordin at age 20, and had her first child at age 21 – Jackson E. Nordin, Jr. He was followed by his sisters, Marilynn and Katherine during the years they lived in Miami. Jack, Sr. died at age 36, in Wilmington, NC. The little family was blessed to meet Army Sgt. Harry O. Kleiner soon afterward. Rosemary and Harry were married and eventually returned to Florida where they lived many years.

Rosemary worked at the Mayor's Jewelry store, in Ft. Lauderdale. At retirement they sold their home in Boca Raton and began to travel, spending 7 wonderful years touring the US together. Widowed in May 2004, Rosemary moved to her son's home in Sunrise, Fl., and then with them to Franklin in 2005.

Rosemary is survived by Jack and Susan Nordin, Marilynn and Jack Frost and Kathy and Scott Rubin, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. (In Franklin: Jack, Susan, Christopher Nordin, Kate & Seth Greenley).

Our loving mother and grandmother has gone to be with her Lord and will rest in His peace forevermore. Interment will be in Florida. Memorials may be made to Macon Co. Senior Services (Meals On Wheels), C/O Teresa Curtis, 108 Wayah Street, Franklin.
