Obituary
Robert Wesley Tippett, 66, of Franklin, passed away April 17, 2015.
Born in Springfield, IL, he was the son of the late Glenerd Eugene Tippett and Miuriam Gibson Dawson. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and was a graphic designer. He loved working on computers and doing graphic designs. He did graphic designs for high end magazines such as National Geographic and NY Times. Robert was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his daughter, Erin Ashley Ray and husband David of Burlington, NC; sister, Judy English of Ft. Myers, FL and six grandchildren, Aliyia, Andrianna, Bethany, Austin, Alexis and Brook.
Services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Francis Catholic Church Food Pantry.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
