Robert Hal Switz, 70, of Dunedin, Florida and Franklin, NC, entered into rest Monday, May 22, 2006.

A native of Switz City, Indiana, he was the son of the late Henry and Hilda Lucille Moses Switz. In addition he was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Switz. Robert was in the Army National Guard and was in the Army Reserve. He retired from Phillips 66 Petroleum Company where he worked in marketing and sales. He attended the Palm Harbor United Methodist Church, Palm Harbor, FL and was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Cary, NC.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Marcia Mae Martin Switz of Dunedin, FL and Franklin, NC; one brother, Richard Switz of California; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 8, in the Palm Harbor United Methodist Church, Palm Harbor, FL.
