Robert "Bob" Seaton Jr, 70, of Franklin passed away Friday, September 21, 2018.

Born in Pinellas County, FL he was the son of Alma Evans Seaton and the late Robert Seaton Sr. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Frank Seaton. He was a US Army veteran, retired police officer, and, a driver for Macon County Transit. Bob was a member of Victory Baptist Church and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 43 years, Rosa Lee Seaton; children, Richard Strickland (Michele), of Franklin, Melissa Stonesifer, of Sylva, and Heather Parks (Mark), of Franklin; brother, Steve Seaton, of Tampa, FL; sister, Rebecca Diebold, of Tampa, FL; twelve grandchildren; and six nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 5:00 pm, Monday, September 24 at Victory Baptist Church. Rev. Rusty Wolfrey will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by the VFW Post 7339 and American Legion Post 108.

Pallbearers will be Richard Strickland, Alex Strickland, Mark Parks, Judah Parks, Seth Stonesifer, and Mike Fitzgerald.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Victory Baptist Church.
