Robert David Brewster, 89, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2018.
Born in Englewood, NJ, he was the son of the late George Brewster and May Walters Brewster. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his daughter, Joyce Cottelli. He was a heavy equipment operator and an avid golfer.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Alice Brewster; daughter, Anne Schulhoff (Robert), of Gastonia, NC; two sons, James D. Brewster and Robert D. Brewster Jr, both of Ventura, CA; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two step children, Michael G. Sullivan (Kathy), of Pipe Creek, TX and Kathy S. Ledford (Richard), of Franklin, NC; four step grandchildren, Christopher Sullivan, Joshua Ledford, Jonathan Ledford, and Jessica Ledford Kelley; and four step great-grandchildren.
