Phyllis Ann Roti, 59, of Franklin, passed away Friday, October 16, 2015.
Born in West Palm Beach, FL, she was the daughter of the late William and Helen Owens. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Christy Owens. Phyllis enjoyed making jewelry and was Baptist by faith.
She is survived by her son, Cody Roti of Franklin and one sister, Barbara Owens of Riviera Beach, FL.
A gathering of friends will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Friday, October 23, at Macon Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Highlands Cashiers Humane Society, 200 Gable St., Cashiers, NC 28717 or the American Cancer Society, 120 Executive Park Bldg. 1, Asheville, NC 28801.
