Philip Richard Smith, 32, of Franklin, formerly of Clearwater, FL, entered into rest on Wednesday, December 7, 2005.
A native of Dade County, FL. He was employed at Caterpillar of Franklin.
He is survived by his parents, Richard and Lisa Smith of Homestead, FL and Pamela Sheppard of Franklin; daughter, Sabrina Smith; two sisters, Julie Skuce of Rhode Island and Jessica Gordon of Sunrise, FL; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
No Services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to his daughter, Sabrina Smith, C/O Richard P. Smith, 15910 SW 286 Street, Homestead, FL 33033.
