Obituary

Pearl Angel Holland, 88 of Franklin, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, January 3, 2021 after a period of declining health.

A native of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Cordie Gibson Angel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, VL Holland; a son, Mike Holland; and a brother, Carl Angel. Pearl was a member of Mashburn Branch Baptist Church; her hobbies included, embroidering, adult coloring, puzzles, and crocheting.

She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Manogue of Jefferson City, TN; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Funeral service will be Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 12pm in the chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Mike Chastain will officiate. Burial will be in the Sugarfork Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am to 12:00pm, one hour prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Ramey, RL Gibson, Casey Holland, John Click, Mike Bingham, and Doug Angel.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, masks should be worn, and social distancing be practiced.
