Obituary
Pauline Ann Brooks Jones, 68, of Otto, NC, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2009.
Born in Gastonia, NC, she was the daughter of the late Jess Brooks and Hattie Caldwell Brooks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Jones who died in 1985; a son, John Robert Jones and a brother, George Brooks.
Pauline is survived by four children, Nancy Jones of Franklin, Ivalee Hurst and husband Lee of Franklin, Leila Kirkland and husband Gary of Otto and Michael Jones of Franklin; three siblings, Eula Mae Passmore of Mechanicsville, MD, Helen Lewis and husband Earl of Gastonia and Jess Brooks of Franklin; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 1, 2010 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
