Patsy Rose Miller, 81, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, July 09, 2011.
Born in Steubenville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Henry Nolan and Myrtle Flynn Nolan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Loraine Gudzient and her twin sister who died during childbirth; and a brother, Jerry Nolan. Patsy was a member of Louisa Chapel United Methodist Church. She was church organist at churches all across the United States and was an organ and piano teacher.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, LeRoy Miller; son, Tyrone Work of Huntington, West Virginia; four step children, Dorothy Wiley, Marilyn Sue Miller and Herbert Miller and wife Susie all of New Martinsville, West Virginia and Richard Miller and wife Sherry of West Palm Beach, FL; several step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. David Crunkleton and Rev. Ruth Anne LeBlanc will officiate. Burial will be in the Green Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, New Martinsville, West Virginia.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
