Obituary
Ora Deweese White, 100, of Franklin, NC, entered into rest on Saturday, May 20, 2006.
A native of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late George W. Deweese and Amanda Grant Deweese. She was married to the late Everett White who died March 1981. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Ronald E. White of Salisbury, NC and Boyce White and wife, Sharon of Counce, TN; six grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 24, at Woodlawn Cemetery. Rev. Robert Owen and Rev. Keith Newell will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, May 24, at Macon Funeral Home.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
