Ollie Inez Duvall Revis, 91, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013.
Born in Swain Co, she was the daughter of the late Francis L. Duvall and Ellen Parris Duvall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Paul Revis; son, Robert Paul Revis; brothers and sisters, Exie Britton, Mary Hildebran, Herma Morgan, Dora Anderson, Wiley, Sherman, Berlin, Arvin and Glenn Duvall and grandson, Andrew Parris. Mrs. Revis was a graduate of Franklin High School. She loved to sew and knit. She was a member of Iotla Baptist Church and loved reading her bible.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Parris and husband Ivor of Bryson City and Kathy Worthington and husband Dennis of LaQuinta, CA; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 24th in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Gerald McGaha will officiate. Burial will be in the Iotla Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
