Odell Hodgin, 91, of Franklin.

The Lord called Daddy home Sunday, March 24, 2019. He was the son of the late Charlie Hodgin and Leona Byrd Hodgin. He was married to the late Mary Ledford Hodgin who passed away November 5, 2014. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son Danny Hodgin, and two grandsons, Matthew Hodgin and Chris Hodgin. He was an auto mechanic and had a knack for repairing things and getting them up and running again.

He is survived by two sons, Wayne Hodgin (Ruby) and Clifford Hodgin (Kathy) both of Franklin; three daughters, Diane Johnson (RV) of Sylva, Lynn Gregory (Terry) of Franklin, and Cathy Williams (Roger) of Franklin; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 pm, Thursday, March 28 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Eddie Stillwell and Rev. Cale Stancil will officiate. Burial will be in Hodgin Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm, Thursday, March 28 at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Justin Hodgin, Casey Hodgin, Bryant Hodgin, Dylan Cabe, Jeff Cabe, and Bruce Davis.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jack Hodgin, Willie Hodgin, Bob Ledford, Johnny Hodgin, and Bart Hodgin.
