Norma Gene Spencer, 89, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018.

Born in Toledo, OH, she was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie Gustin and Hazel Will Gustin;her husband, Harold Spencer; children, Dennis Long, Sandy Long and Robin Ehrenkaufer; three sisters, Shirley, Margie and Lillian and two brothers, Bill and Bob. Norma was a member of First Assembly of God and enjoyed going to the Senior Center.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Seagraves (Bill); sister, Velma Konz; grandchildren, Dawn (Frank), of Lakeland, FL, Tawnya (Matthew), of Franklin, NC, Misty (Anne) of Cincinnati, OH, Jennifer (Shawn) of Boca Raton, FL, Samantha (Barry) of Toledo, OH, Angela of Crossville, TN, Jessica of Crossville, TN, Tiffanie (Ryan) of SC and Lynden (Thomas) of Oregon, OH and Alexander of Ohio; great grandchildren, Courtney, Ashley, Jason, Amanda, Lindsey, Ansley, Devin, Ritchie, Logan, Caleb, Gabe, Tanner, Adron, Blake, Joshua, Payton, Kacee, William Coy, Addison, Chase, Easton, Lilyana, Caroline, Josie and Georgia; great-great grandchildren, Brayden, Cameron, LayLynn, Kinslee, Lincoln, Silas and Gemma.

Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 21, at Hoeflinger-Shank Funeral Home Navarre Avenue, Oregon, OH. Burial will be in the Maplewood Cemetery, Toledo, OH.

The family will receive friends from 8:30 - 10 a.m. prior to the service at Hoeflinger-Shank Funeral Home.
