Obituary
Nora Mame Kelly, 92, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2009.
Born in Edinberg, TX she was the daughter of the late John Kelly and Bernice Mayes Kelly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Samuel Kelly and two nieces, Cheryl McCarty and Bonnie Kelly. She lived in Ft. Worth, TX where she worked as an accountant and retired from Montgomery Ward.
She is survived by sister-in-law, Martha Kelly; nephew, Sam Kelly and wife, Kay and niece, Karen K. Higdon and husband Bob all of Franklin; eight great-nieces and nephews; several great-great nieces and nephews and one great-great-great nephew.
Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 14, 2009 at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Rick Potts will officiate.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
