Nancy Anne Knutowski, 70, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2010.

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Strehlow and Rita Hamburger Strehlow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Lawrence Thadeus Knutowski. Nancy was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church; member of Smoky Mountain Quilters Guild; former Angel Medical Center volunteer and Vice President of the Auxiliary Club. She ran Give Kids the World Dinning.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert Andrew Knutowski; four children, Robert Knutowski, Jr. of Naples, FL, Susan Knutowski of West Yellowstone, Montana, Michael Knutowski of Debary, FL and Judith Ray and husband Tim of Columbia, SC; three sisters, Gladys Penne of Milwaukee, WI, Sharon Protasiewicz of Golden Dale, WA and Eileen Welzien of Dike, Iowa; two brothers, Lawrence Frederick Strehlow of Hurley, WI and Robert Walter Strehlow of Mukwonago, WI; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 19, at St. Francis Catholic Church. Father Tien Duong will officiate.
