Myrtle Louise Taylor, 74, of Franklin, entered into eternal rest surrounded by her loving daughters on Wednesday, December 7, 2016.

Born in Macon Co, she was the daughter of the late Orr Roy Donaldson and Emma Grace Allen Donaldson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Wesley Joe Hopkins. Myrtle loved flowers and enjoyed coloring, knitting and cooking. She loved her children and grandchildren. Myrtle was a member of Cowee Baptist Church and at worked Yukon Ruby Mine for many years.

She is survived by five children, Jerrie Simpson of Franklin, Robin Kiesler and husband Roger of Alexander, AR, Crystal Hopkins and husband Steven, Clifford Pruett and Wayne Pruett all of Franklin; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 10th in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Andy Cloer and Rev. Carson Gibson will officiate. Burial will be in Cowee Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7-9:00 p.m., Friday, December 9th at Macon Funeral Home.
