Obituary
Myrtle I. Sluzenski, 93, of Franklin, entered into rest on Thursday, September 8, 2005.
A native of Mt. Morris, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward Furman and Savannah Martin Furman. She was a member of Mooncrest Baptist Church, Mooncrest, PA and attended Bethel United Methodist Church, Franklin.
She is survived by four children, Marshall Briscoe and wife Anna and Barbara Schrader and husband Gordon all of Franklin, Carl E. Chappell of San Francisco, CA and Kimberly Yonkovich and husband David of Pittsburg, PA; seven grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held in the Florida National Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Angel Hospice Foundation, PO Box 815, Franklin, NC 28744.
