Myrtle Williams Faircloth, 98, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2011.
Born in Camilla, GA, she was the daughter of the late Posdel Williams and Susie Golden Williams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilmer Faircloth; two children, Kermit Eugene Faircloth and Jewel Patricia Faircloth and seven brothers and sisters. Myrtle was a devout Christian and member of Tellico Baptist Church.
She is survived by three children, Elizabeth Sue Dennis of Franklin, Mark Faircloth of Tampa, FL and Jimmy Pat Faircloth of Plant City, FL; sister, Ronalda Posey of Plant City, FL; several grandchildren, great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Monday, June 13 at Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Gary McCoy will officiate. Graveside services will be held at Myrtle Hills Memorial Park, Tampa, FL on Thursday, June 16.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
