Obituary
Mildred Schnetzler, 73, passed away Monday, February 18, 2019.
Born in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Leo Vliet and Elaine Virginia Kaczmarek Vliet. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Kenneth Dale Vliet. Mildred enjoyed sewing, crafts and spending time with her grandchildren. She was also very active in community events.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Nix (David) of Otto; son, Gary Andrews (Sarah) of Franklin; brother, John Edward Vliet of Naples, FL; seven grandchildren, Daniel Stanfield, Mitchell Stanfield, Samantha Nix, Logan Rowe, Liriel Andrews, Leona Andrews, and Lex Andrews; and one great-grandchild, Lia Stanfield.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 am, Thursday, February 21, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Vic Greene will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
