Meda Angel Meadows, 84, of Franklin, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018.

Born in Macon County, she was preceded in death by her parents, William Lloyd Angel and Dolly Holland Golightly; husband, Zeb Meadows; son, William Zeb Meadows and a brother, Morris Lloyd Angel. Meda was a Real Estate Agent; member of First United Methodist Church and enjoyed reading, cooking and gardening.

She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Meadows Crabtree of New Britain, CT; sister, Mertis Angel Crawford of Hiawassee, GA; three grandchildren, Joseph, Jacob and Katherine and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 16, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Vic Greene will officiate. Burial will be in the Iotla United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
