Maureene Greene Dresser, 78, of Franklin, NC passed away Thursday, August 31, 2017.
Born in Portland, ME, she was the daughter of the late Bruce and Mary Healey Greene. Maureene worked as a switchboard operator at Florida Hospital in Zephyrhills, FL for 25 years.
She is survived by her husband, Richard E. Dresser; three sons, David Dresser and wife Kunthea of Blair, OK, Paul Dresser and wife GumI of Alexandria, VA and Peter Dresser and wife Michelle of Franklin, NC; sisters and brother, Joanne Durgin of Woodstock, GA, Jeanette Coolidge, Mary Walls, Jeffre Greene and wife JoAnne and Jennifer Meserve and husband Don all of Norway, ME; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 7th, at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City, FL.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Western Carolina Chapter, 3800 Shamrock Drive, Charlotte, NC 28215.
