Obituary
Mary Fry Trafford, 80, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2013.
Born in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late Fred Fry and Inez Fidlin Fry. Mary formerly served as a church elder and secretary at First Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed knitting and reading.
She is survived by her husband, Robert John Trafford; three children, Karen Noeth of Franklin, T. Neal Trafford and wife Donna of Tallahassee, FL and Bruce Trafford and wife Mary Jo of Huntsville, AL; sister, Marjorie Matthews of Canton, NC and a host of additional family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 1st, at First Presbyterian Church. Rev. Tom Fisher and Rev. Kim Justice will officiate. Burial will be in the First Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to First Presbyterian Church Memorial Gardens Discretionary Fund, 26 Church Street, Franklin, NC 28734.
