Mary Lee Moses, 79, of Franklin, passed away Friday, November 30, 2007.
Born in Macon County, she was the daughter of the late George N. Bingham and Georgia Bell Patton Bingham. She was married to the late T.B. Moses who died in 1966. She retired from Belden. Mary was a member of Longview Baptist Church and was a member of the women's Sunday school class. She enjoyed gardening, making crafts, quilting and canning.
She is survived by ten children, Virginia McCall and husband John of Franklin, Louise Ensley of Franklin, Ann Lequire of Dawsonville, GA, Bud Moses and wife Elsie of Franklin, Pat Cochran and husband Tommy of Franklin, Rhonda Simmons and husband Randy of Green Castle, PA, Donnie Moses of Dawsonville, GA, Vickie Greene and husband W.T. of Canton, NC, Ricky Moses of Franklin and David Moses and partner Tim Barnes of Raleigh, NC; sister, Virgie Sanders of Franklin; caretaker, Kim Sarvis; 18 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 3, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Nick Smith, Rev. Jim Kinard and Dale Holland will officiate. Burial will be in the Sugarfork Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, December 2, at Macon Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Darian Cochran, Jordan Moses, Chad Moses, Matthew Sarvis, Travis Greene, Allen Waldroop, Stephen Perkey, Ryan Simmons and Jimmie Simmons.
