Obituary
Mary Frances "Fran" Gould, 88, of Franklin, passed away Friday, August 3, 2012.
Born in Nyack, NY, she was the daughter of the late Walter Conway and Mary D'Auria Conway. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Herman Gould and a brother, Walter Conway Jr. Fran was formerly active in the Macon County Homemaker's Association. She volunteered her time at Cartoogechey Elementary School when her grandchildren were young and served as team mom in sports.
She is survived by two children, Marcia Parlier and husband Charles of Franklin and George Gould and wife Debbie of Arden, NC; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
No Services have been planned at this time.
