Mary Louise Anderson Cheek Holland, 77, of Franklin, NC, entered into rest on Sunday, May 14, 2006.
A native of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Zeb Napolean Anderson and Bessie Edna Emory Anderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Odell Anderson. She was a member of Prentiss Church of God.
She is survived by two sons, Johnny Cheek and wife Anita and David Cheek and wife Cindy both of Franklin; seven daughters, Bonnie Watson and husband Bobby, Joyce Cheek, Willie Jean Crane and husband, Fred, Jo Ann Crane and husband, Donnie, Wanda Parrish and husband Bobby, Janet Scott and husband, Gary, all of Franklin, and Linda Turpin and husband Alvin of Clayton, GA; one brother, Joseph Bert Anderson of Longview, Washington; 13 grandchildren; four step grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 16, at Prentiss Church of God. Rev. Don Moffitt and Rev. Tim Hayes will officiate. Burial will be in the Union Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Monday, May 15, at Macon Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be grandsons: Rick Crane, Daniel Crane, Chad Parrish, Everett Parrish, Bryan Burt and Brandon Ledford.
