Martha Jean Schmidt, 68, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2009.
Born in St. Pete, Fl, she was the daughter of the late Nathan Shaw and Frances Rinehold Shaw.
She is survived by her husband, Philip Schmidt; four children, Rhonda, Dan and Tim Donahey and Jason Schmidt; three sisters, five brothers, two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
No services have been planned at this time.
