Obituary
Margaret "Maggie" Ella Taliaferro, 82, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2013.
Born in Edison, GA, she was the daughter of the late Judge Beach Thompson and Maggie Louise Whatley Thompson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Neves. Margaret was a member of the Eastern Star in Edison, GA. She loved to crochet, sew and enjoyed working in the yard. She was a member of Palm Springs Baptist Church in Palm Springs, FL.
She is survived by husband of 61 years, Ferrell Lee Taliaferro; two children, Madela K. Taliaferro of Clayton and Kerrell Wolfe of Pennsylvania; granddaughter, Penny Moffitt and three great-grandchildren, Avery, Finley and Emmy Moffitt.
Graveside Service will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. Rev. Don Moffitt will officiate.
Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 1648, Franklin, NC 28744.
