Obituary
Mack L. McGee, 82, of Franklin, NC, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016.
Born in Elgin, TX, he was the son of the late McEdwin and Hazel Hoskins McGee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Winifred McGee and a brother, Joe McGee. He was a member of St. Francis of Assissi Church. Mack retired from the United States Air Force and Tampa Electric.
He is survived by wife of 58 years, Alice Patricia Wells McGee; sister, Tommy Sutherland of Everett, WA; daughters, Kelly McGee and Victoria Johnson and husband Robert both of Franklin; sons, Dean McGee and wife Tanya of Brandon, FL, Scott McGee, Eric and wife Sari Kauppinen-McGee both of Apollo Beach, FL; three grandchildren, Shelly Ros, Todd and Kaitlyn McGee; three great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2016 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Father Tien Duong will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 12 - 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Bushnell National Cemetery at a later date.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
