Ella "Louise" Paul, 90, of Stuart, Fl, entered into rest on Friday, January 7, 2005.
A native of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late El Tallent and Nettie Reese Tallent. She was married to the late Charles William Paul, Sr. who died in 1982. She has resided in Stuart, Florida since 1949, moving from Franklin. Louise worked for Scipps-Howard/Stuart News for 25 years, in the Circulation Dept. prior to retiring. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Stuart. Louise was an avid knitter and crotchetier.
She is survived by two sons, Charles William Paul, Jr. and his wife Zelia and Raymond Michael Paul and wife Carol all of Stuart, FL; one brother, Samuel P. Tallent of Franklin; and four grandchildren, Heather Paul, Tiffany Hughes, James Paul and Robert Paul all of Stuart, FL.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 13, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Tommy Fouts and Rev. Warren Rice will officiate. Burial will be in the Highlands Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00 p.m. Thursday, at Macon Funeral Home.
