Obituary
Linda Hurst Cruse, 62, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2008.
Born in Macon Co, she was the daughter of the late Odell Hurst and Monta Ray Hurst. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister. Linda was a homemaker and a member of Cartoogechaye Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard Lynn Cruse; son, David Cruse and wife Missy of Franklin; sister-in-law, Pat Cagle of Franklin; five grandchildren, Tyler, Shawn, Celest, Kersten and Dustin; two nieces, Lacey and Samantha and Aunts, Wendell Angel, Eunice Doster, Evelyn Brendle, Isabelle Vanhook and Edna Ray.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 3, 2008 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Andy Cloer, Rev. Don Moffitt and Rev. Carson Gibson will officiate. Burial will be in the Clark's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7-9:00 p.m. Sunday, November 2, 2008 at Macon Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Jon Henry, Lee Cloer, Johnny Cloer, Chad Dahl, Denny Vanhook and Ken Cruse.
