Lettie Peek Bishop, 92, of Franklin, went to be with her Lord, Fri., Feb. 2, 2007.

A native of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Henry Peek and Ann Houston Peek. She was married to the late Daniel M. Bishop who died Jan. 18, 2004. She was a member of Ellijay Baptist Church.

She is survived by three children, Mildred Dellinger and husband Mike of Whittier, NC, Bill Bishop and wife Norma of Franklin and Howard Bishop and wife Eunice of Scaly Mountain, NC; one sister, Sarah Monteith of Franklin; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, February 5, at Ellijay Baptist Church. Rev. Rick Potts and Rev. Mark Bishop will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, February 4, at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Brian Bishop, Toby Bishop, Donnie Bishop, Steve Bishop, Wesley Peek, Clay Peek, Bobby Peek and Daniel Leverette.

Memorial donations may be made to the Ellijay Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, C/O Wanda Bolick, 80 Woodrows Lane, Franklin, NC 28734.
