Lavada Ann Green Sproul, 49, of Hendersonville, NC, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016.

Born in Ft. Pierce, FL, she was the daughter of Linda Green Owens and the late Coy Higdon. Lavada was a manager at Liberty Tax Service. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Lavada enjoyed reading, being outdoors and camping.

In addition to her mother, Linda Owens and husband Frank Owens of Rincon, GA, she is survived by her loving husband, Jeff Sproul; two children, Tina Sproul of Hendersonville and Nathan Sproul of Hendersonville; three brothers, Charlie Higdon and Terry Higdon both of Guyton, GA and Freddie Higdon of Rincon, GA; four grandchildren, Natallie, Miles, Jaxson and Logan and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 7, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Tommy Fouts and Rev. David Lee Williams will officiate. Burial will be in the Ridgecrest Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Sunday, prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Josh McLain, Jamie McLain, Adam Peek, Fred Sproul, Josh Sproul, George Green, Harold Green and Kenny Ammons.
