Obituary
Laura Mae Jackson, 73, of Franklin, NC, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2008.
Born in Gainesville, FL, she was the daughter of the late Osie L. Jackson and Mildred Barker Jackson. Laura loved needle point; staying at home and listening to gospel music. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church and former member of Wells Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by her brother, Osie Jackson of Franklin; niece, Susan Whitfield and nephew Mitch Jackson, both of the home and several other nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 22, 2008 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Lester Evans will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2008 at Macon Funeral Home.
