Kline Leroy Wells, 72, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009. Born in Seville, FL, he was the son of the late Clyde E. Wells and Emily Waters Wells. Kline worked for Georgia Pacific. He was a very active member of Coweeta Baptist Church. He was a Deacon Emertis and Sunday School Teacher. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Peggy Morris Wells; four children, Kline "Andy" Wells and wife Kaye of Dothan, AL; Karen Lovering and husband Joey of Donalsonville, GA; Kelly Cleveland and husband Robert of Donalsonville, GA; and Keri Bowen and husband Robert of Buford, GA; sister, Elaine Cunningham of Port Orange, FL; three brothers, Ronnie Wells of Warren, OH, Tony Wells of Warren, OH and Mike Wells of Seville, FL; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Private Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2009 with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Coweeta Baptist Church. Rev. Davis Hooper and Rev. Jack Rinks will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m., Friday, October 9, at Macon Funeral Home.
