Obituary
Kenneth Dean Evans, 76, of Franklin passed away Friday, October 26, 2018.
Born in Summerville, SC, he was the son of the late Ira Fay Evans and Willmuth Thomas Evans. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Kenneth was of the Methodist faith. He enjoyed working with leather and gem mining.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Linda Hyde Evans, of Franklin, NC; children, Daniel Evans, of Jacksonville, FL, George Harrington III, of Milton, FL, Dean Evans, of Jacksonville, AL, and Pat Evans, of Otto, NC; brother, Mack Evans, of Augusta, GA; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at a later date in Milton, FL.
Memorial Donations can be made to the family to help with their expenses.
